The division is composed of 50 persons, of which 12 are qualified engineers experienced in the application of Pro/E,UG,Auto-CAD,Solidworks and Mold-flow etc software for design and manufacture. The equipment includes CNC, Wire EDM, EDM, Grinding, Milling and CMM for inspection, brands covering Agie Charmilles, MIKRON, FANUC, TAIWAN, LK, Shenyang and also Mitutoyo for inspection.
We are not only fabricating the molds for our internal application of our parts in house, but also fabricating various precision die-casting mold and plastic injection molds directly exporting to customers in Germany for some famous automotive brands like Daimler/Mercedes benz, BMW and Audi etc.
Business scope: Design anf fabrication of die casting molds and plastic molds for automotive, lighting, tele-communication and electronics industries for domestic and export business.
