The objective of all employees, along with our suppliers is to continually strive towards zero defects for every tasks based on "DO IT RIGHT THE FIRST TIME"
We certified with ISO9001:2015 and IATF16949:2016 by SAI Global, and we follow the quality system standards all the time to make sure all the activities under control. With systematic quality tools including APQP, FMEA, CP, PPAP and SPC etc and also effective implementation, we ensure all the products produced to customer with good and consistent quality.
There are series of inspection tools and instruments in MEKA, including but not limited to spectrograph, metallographic analyzer, two sets of automatic CMMs imported from Japan, 3D full-dimentional GOM Scanner imported from Germany, 2D projector, precision micrometers, air-gages, hardness tester and air leakage testers etc.
